ZoHo limitations
You can only send 50 emails a day, consider using first@purdue.edu for mass emails. The limit resets at midnight local time.
ZoHo-Gmail integration process

- Open Gmail settings
- Login to Gmail
- Open settings in gmail (gear icon)
- Choose âSee all settingsâ
- Navigate to the âAccounts and Importâ tab
- Choose âAdd an mail accountâ under âCheck mail from other accountsâ
- Generate ZoHo Application password
- Login to ZoHo account you want to integrate
- Go to âMy Accountâ settings
- Choose âSecurityâ Tab
- Scroll down to âApplication-Specific Passwordsâ
- Generate one for âGmailâ, donât close the pop-up until step (6)
- Setup receiving
- Return to the Gmail yellow dialog box and follow its instructions
- Email is ####@purduefirst.org (#### = subteam)
- Import using âPOP3â
- Enter the ZoHo email
- Enter ZoHo Application password
- POP server:
pop.zoho.com
port: 995
- Check âuse an SLL connectionâ box
- Setup sending
- Continue the directions in the yellow dialog box
- âYesâ to being able to send
- SMTP (IMAP) server:
smtp.zoho.com
port: 465
- Enter the ZoHo email
- Enter ZoHo Application password
- Send test emails to confirm connection
- May have to unflag the connection on ZoHo side
- Enjoy
